Player Registration

Welcome to the DRSUYCA online player registration.

All players from under 7 to Under 18 can register online using their ID Number as a unique reference. Please note that this registration needs to be completed in a single submission and you will need the following:

  • Player's ID Number.
  • An uploadable image of the player in jpg or png format.
  • An uploadable copy of the players birth certificate / ID / Passport in jpg, png or pdf format.
  • Boksmart Questionairre details, including doctor's details if any special clearance is required.
